(1/28-2/1) This week I will cover the Female Anatomy. Students will learn the medical terminology of the different parts of the female organs and functions for better understanding of their purposes and comprehension of the system.

2/4/2019* This week I will cover the Male Anatomy. Students will learn the medical terminology of the different parts of the male organs and functions for better understanding of their purposes and comprehension of the system.

02/11/2019 This week students will review all the information covered on both male/female reproduction system.

(1/28-2/1) This week students will learn about the Electromagnetic Spectrum and be able to classify and categorize the different electromagnetic spectrums such as: Radio waves, microwaves, Infrared Rays, Visible Light, Ultraviolet Light, X- Rays and Gamma Rays for comprehension of function and usage of each.

02/04/2019* This week the students will be introduced to the three Eras: Paleozoic, Mesozoic, and Cenozoic Era to gain insight into life forms prior to their existence and how the earth has evolved thru evolution and geology.

02/11/2019* Students will be given a powerpoint presentation this week on all three eras for better understanding and comprehension of each Eras to help them prepare for their model/informative presentation due on FRIDAY,

(1/28-2/1) The students will finish discussing the topic of DNA/Genetics for comprehension of the importance of gene traits.

02/04/2019*  This week the students will use the microscope Optical Technology in reference to hands on topic subjects to get the visual and physical concept of the perspectives of how a microscope is an essential tool in science to classify cells, organisms, etc. 

02/11/2019 Students will be introduced to qualitive and quantitive observations for better understanding and usage of terms and meaning and how to incorporate them in the science lab.

Science Fair will be on April 17 for all middle school students

All students have turned in their topics of interest and I have attached a guide to help them in preparation of their upcoming Science projects that we will be posted in their google classroom; they will be working on projects during the months of Feb and March so I can assist them in producing an outstanding project for April.
